ACCOMPLISHMENTS Currently working on a $36.5M federally-funded HUD project consisting of 126 apartment homes in four low-rise buildings in collaboration with the Jersey City Housing Authority Managed $21.7M million federally funded 64-unit housing project from ground up, completing 5 months ahead of schedule. Successfully completed construction of high-end commercial projects ranging up to $21.7M. Managed the construction and renovation of the Monmouth County SPCA, a state-of-the-art eco-friendly facility, on-time and under budget, saving $270,000 in valued engineering.
