Tier II support of Cisco. * Designed & implemented several Windows 2000 Advanced Multi-Domain Server farms for various Telefonica-Data's ASP customers including Novell NetWare 5.x NDS and GroupWise 5.x messaging system including message transfer Async and SMTP gateways also involved E-Directory iChain Integration DirXML and ConsoleOne. * Co-Designed and implemented a large International Client Server Citrix XPe 1.0 Metaframe solution that included 500 servers configured in Server farms supporting up to 50,000 global remote users for a Medical Hosting Company based in Mexico and Venezuela which provided monthly revenue of $1Million per month for Telefonica-Data USA & SA operations. IXC Cable Providers and ISP's regional and nationwide customer networks which provided converged voice video optical integrated data services CDMA\GSM 2/3rd Generation Wireless Services Testing Involved with writing executing network testing and managing detailed custom engineered network test plans and procedures that tested single Point- to- Point connectivity and single point- to Multi-Point Central Office connectivity remote routing base facilities to the CPE. Used OSPF ATM MPLS BGP IP and IPX/SPX based protocols to provide integrated data voice video services support across the network. * Provided detailed Project Management planning for budget reporting which included personnel resource tracking test equipment tracking network testing and turn up analysis and completion status reports to customers program management engineering services and network operations center managers. * Provided customer sign-off SLA documents once assigned customers networks were fully tested and turned-up. Completed all network certifications and turn up for all assigned customers on time. * Increased Global Professional Services revenues by several millions of dollars and was awarded Nortel Network's Top Talent merit Award for 2001.
