I am an accomplished chef of twenty years, having ten years of management experience, and most recently four years as Executive Chef. I have been in all aspects of the culinary field and have produced great results. Professionalism is very important to me, being prompt, attentive, and courteous provides an idea attitude for any work environment. I am also a quick learner, and can put my many years of work experience to use in any situation. Education is key to longevity in any operation, and it will keep employees interested in their job.
