Summary of Experience: Over the past 38 + years I have been involved in all aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through planning, Analyzing, designing and developing, testing and both system and user support. Supervised the operations and programming department for over 15 years as the company grew. Helped develop Inventory control, Payroll processes, Sales reporting and Corporate standards for Regional offices. Later Managed Systems and Programming for the Maryland State Lottery. Joined General Services Administration (GSA) as one of the Order Writing/Procurement team. Helped maintain and enhance the procurement process that provides materials and supplies for all U.S. Government agencies and the U.S. Military. Supported FEMA on the National Flood Insurance Plan team updating Rate and Rules changes as required by the Federal Government Semi-Annually.
