COVER LETTER: To who it may concern I have worked in all facets of the Engineering and Construction Field. I have a very stable work history and can relocate to any location required. I have years' experience in Instrument &Controls Design and have been assigned as Engineer in my field as a non-degreed Engineer. I was also named Lead I&C Engineer with CH2MHILL for several years. My resume reflects the Project Management experience and it is my most recent position. I am open to all prospects you may need and require for your client. My positions required working with Operations and the Engineering staff to ensure system reliability for continuous plant operation and improvement. Reviewing a problem with staff and resolving the issues with Engineering from the conceptual design. Supervising and approving the construction packages. Working with contracts to select the correct contractor and resolve design issues in the field thru start-up of each new system or change utilizing the Management Of Change (MOC) process. I am a team player, I take direction and work with little oversite, I understand budget and schedule and know what it should take to complete task in the field.
