SUMMARY Civil/Structural Engineering Designer with over forty years in civil/structural design of many structural systems including commercial, health and educational facilities, transportation, soil retention structures, pre-manufactured metal buildings, refineries, power plants, marine structures and power distribution (15Kv to 500Kv substations). He has a vast working knowledge of construction fabrication techniques, universal engineering standards and agency regulations as applied to commercial, power and industrial projects. Has an understanding of company policies, EPC policies and procedures, documentation procedures, CAD department procedures, and determining their implementation into daily tasks. Is able to review assigned jobs and projects and determine how to schedule time to meet required deadlines. Has the creative ability to be able to identify design problems and provide solutions. Is a dependable and dedicated team player that works well under pressure with minimal supervision, and willingness to learn new tasks, and is able to work with others within a department and company to support any project. Design and detailing of a wide variety of Architectural, Civil and Marine Structures Design and detailing of low and high voltage Electrical Substations. Strengthening and upgrading of existing Commercial and Industrial Structures CA and CM for Commercial, High Rise Condos and Industrial Structures Excellent organizational, management and verbal communication skills AutoCAD lisp programming and customization for ultimate user production
