Accomplishments Aircraft Services International Group * Successfully re-tool of refueling operational organization for Southwest Airlines resulting in successfully achieving consistent Green/Gold level performance in safety and On-time metrics for major hub base operating 7,000+ flights per month. * Developed an on-going business partnership with British Airways to secure Ground Handling and Passenger Services to include training, development and execution of all flight ops, becoming the "flagship station" with regard to Service, Safety and Standards for British Airways in North America. * Established critical partnerships with the FAA/MAA, Airport Operations and legacy carriers such as United, Delta, American Airlines, Spirit etc. * Recently acquired contract for Alaska Airlines. Assessed, and put forth an action plan for success which resulted in the returning their operational performance to "superior" and contributing to their winning of J.D. Power's Award for Customer Service.
