Handled multiple client's accounts by accepting all nomination job orders via email. Writing internal job orders. Coordinate With dispatch lab terminals and supplier as Well as the receiver. Including agents and vessel's pilot stations. As needed. All through effective communications to ensure the integrity and quality of all active jobs. Address and resolve any quantity discrepancy by Vetting and examine the raw data from the field. Prior to Submitting the job for the confirmation process. Report the quality after Vetting and examine the lab data for any product and email the result to the client in a timely manner. Issuing a final report Once Confirmation process is completed.
