Summary: Completed the planning, execution and closeout of a program to create a Data Warehouse to ensure all clinics and hospitals within Travis County, TX had access to patient information to ensure a high-level quality of care from physicians. I was directly managing a team of 8 engineers, testers and database administrators. Summary: Responsible for identifying, creating/designing, analyzing, and communicating all infrastructure migrations from the old various platforms to a new upgraded version. I architected and wrote requirements for the implementation of networks, servers and databases in multiple security classified environments as well as tested applications that were developed on other project teams. This sped up the processing of logistics, improved the load processing times and overall performance of the applications. Summary: I created the GUI interface for the messaging system (CGMS) that is used throughout the entire Coast Guard. I also created the back end data points within the databases in order to assist in data flow for the messaging system.
