Foreman Lorain County Engineering Sanitary Dept. I am the EPA Operator of record. I inspect and run all five of the county owned wastewater facilities I oversee the maintenance crew and operators. I do lab testing process control lab reporting chlorine and S02 changing /dosing/repair read blue prints I'm in charge of three large lateral programs lateral inspections sewer main inspection and repair water main inspection and repair GIS/GPS program I do all the EPA ground water inspection and reporting trouble shoot and inspect troubled and failing plants purchase tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs handle scheduling disciplinary write ups I handle most interaction with all contractors. I oversee safety training and enforcement.
