In my course of employment, I have worked with RubyMine, Gherkin, Microsoft Visual Studio TFS, MS Office suite, document handling applications, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, TeamViewer remote connection software, NetSuite, several of TMW Systems' proprietary software packages, mileage packages, and some other ancillary applications that were used for various support and testing and training purposes. Communication is critical and I have worked hard to constantly improve my communication skills and processes of working with fellow employees. I determine the true issues to be addressed by developers I endeavor to make interaction for quality assurance as pleasant and easy as possible and I supply full feedback professionally and respectfully. For a span of several years, I was the board administrator for the Captain Comics weblog. My responsibility was monitoring content, posts, etc. to keep a civil discussion environment and orderly posting. I did not do very much design or layout I overwatched posters and kept everything smooth and pleasant. My primary hobby is theatrical acting - so I am very good at communicating with others and understanding their attitudes - "playing to my audience." I have a high standard of professional communication with both customers and fellow employees. And I am very experienced at improvising, so that I can respond to unexpected situations quickly and easily. These skills also prove invaluable when communicating issues to customers, or running training sessions. I am willing to travel as necessary. I prefer to work first shift, but I am flexible when other shifts require attention.
