Having on the ground floor in the skilled trades I have over 25 years of work experience. After college I started my career as a building engineer contracted by United Airlines for their Computer Reservation Systems: A Critical System Zero Downtime operation. in Denver Colorado: My last position was as an Operating Engineer for Jones Lang LaSalle. As my career progressed Facilities Management Maintenance Operations HVAC Service and Construction all have been a big part of my life. I have journeyman level skills in Electrical Refrigeration HVAC Plumbing and Carpentry. I have many years of experience in all aspects of Maintenance Repair and Construction for Commercial and Residential. I have worked as an on-site engineer mobile service technician and Operations Mgr. My Primary Responsibilities were to participate in and sometimes coordinate and lead a comprehensive and systematic program to minimize maintenance operating costs or construction cost. The goal being not to compromise operational requirements and to provide the highest standard of service consistent with good economic judgement.
