Description
To obtain a position that allows me to: Be responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of all buildings, machinery and equipment of the property. Responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, pools/water features, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, life safety, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems. Develop, coordinate and monitor all guest rooms and public spaces, equipment, and PM programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of all staff, guest, and residents. Supervise, train and manage all Engineering staff.
