Accomplishments Renovation of Laclede Detention Center 2009 I saved the County $400,000.00 in renovations on the Detention Center by proposing a work study program for inmates. This not only saved money and overhead cost for the County, it also offered a rehabilitation program for the inmates Renovation of Annex Building 2010 Under my suggestion and leadership, I changed the layout of a building and provided much needed repairs. By combining two workplaces into one well planned building, we were able to save approximately $3000.00 a month. Other Skill and Accomplishments * I introduced Geo-Thermal technology as a Green solution to heat and cool buildings at a major cost savings of over $200,000.00 annually which is not implemented. * I cut many budgets by working as an overseer instead of hiring outside contractors.
