Qualifications: I have forty-two years of experience within the residential home building and commercial construction industries. I owned my own construction company for 10 years. Excellent communication skills and interact well with construction staff, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and inspectors. I am good at working with homeowners to keep them informed and comfortable through-out the construction process. Know how to read blueprints ( have 3 years of drafting in the old school way.)
