I am looking for the right position in the right company to permanently relocate and begin a new professional path. I have 20 years of management experience, all in client relations or customer retention type fields. My experience varies from call center management to real estate management. The right company for me is going to be one that invests in their current employees, with opportunity for growth and advancement. The right position for me is one where I will be challenged daily to improve myself professionally and personally. I am a career orientated person and tend to give myself wholeheartedly to my job, property, and company, in return I am looking for a fair salary, benefits, and professional respect with the opportunity to grow and learn from company leaders, who lead by example. My unique talent is taking distressed locations and turning them around. Some of my favorite examples of this are: A portrait studio I was able to gut, remodel, hire and train new staff, and return the location to making a profit. An extended stay hotel where I was able to restaff and personally train each front desk associate and housekeeper to my personal standards, do room upgrade remodeling, and improve the clientele, raising the value of the property so much they sold it! And an apartment complex that had over a hundred thousand in bad debt, buildings that needed major foundation and roof repairs, and occupancy at about 50%, When I left that property it also was rehabbed, making a profit, and at about 98% occupancy. I am an extremely strong leader and enjoy training my staff. I am hoping to find the company that will fully utilize my experience, knowledge, and willingness to do anything it takes for my location to be successful.
