I am a Self-Motivated person that understands the need for trust within the work environment. I work hard to gain working trust as well as interpersonal trust and understand what it requires to maintain that trust. I am very bottom line conscious and view the whole picture criteria when addressing productive goals. I rely on standardizing processes and then improving on them.
