Summary I have been a warehouse manager for 21 years.Involved with all aspects of shipping and receiving, including international, 3rd party full truckloads, small pieces.I managed 3 to4 lines for knockdown POP displays and assembled goods to be packed either on skids or in cartons at the same time and was in charge of inventory.Also did a lot of collation of skids with a couple to many cartons and merchandising.Managed up to 30 people at one time which included dealing with temporary workers when busy.Always looking for cost reductions and improvement to services
