As Account Manager in Customer Support I was responsible for fielding incoming calls related to product implementation, operation, billing issues, cancellation requests and onboarding (training customers) of customer purchased products to include MotoLOGIC (repair and diagnostic program), proper use MotoREV (marketing program), and MotoSKILL (technician training courses).
