Doing State Audits, Monitoring MAR's and TAR's, making sure that all orders and admissions are completed by nurses. Keep up with UGA monitoring. Monitor for any emergent situations on the floor, triage any residents that need to be transferred to the hospital. Speak with physicians regarding issues with residents. Coordinate discharges. Take call and resolve issues after hours with nurses and CENA's and other duties as assigned.
