I am retired from a steel fabrication plant where I was a dimensional/ weld inspector for ten years. I was also a certified weld inspector for nine of those years and I was responsible for checking preparation of weld joints certification of groove and filet welders and painting of finished work. Before I became an inspector I was a machine/ mobile crane operator for six years.
