Profile I have been a carpenter/superintendent for over 27 years. I have experience in the construction of many large, prestigious corporate offices, as well as mixed-use projects. I specialize in fast-track, multi-phased projects. I have also worked for residential contractors and insurance restoration companies. I am a school trained journeymen carpenter, proficient in all aspects of carpentry, establishing control lines and layout, framing, drywall and casework. Finish work is also one of my specialties. I enjoy trouble shooting all kinds of situations. I am reliable and dependable with strong communication skills. I have the ability to interact with all members of a construction team. I can handle any given situation from client to architect to engineer. I served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 1982 to 1996. I was activated for possible duty in desert storm. I also served 16 weeks of duty in Grenada building barracks for the Royal Grenadine Police.
