Qualifications Profile * Comprehensive experience in mortgage underwriting and processing with documented commendation for closing the most loans during one period with 100% quality/zero-defects * Certified Chums #HB55 and NMLS #272920 * Strong customer-centric focus and consistently make timely and accurate credit decisions * Highly effective skills in analyzing, organizing, and communicating both verbally and in writing * Thorough understanding of underwriting policies and procedures, as well as investor guidelines and regulatory updates including knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FMLMC guidelines * Current knowledge of TRID and the regulations governing mortgage lending * Skilled in all aspects of underwriting including property, credit, and income evaluation * Excellent auditing and math aptitude, computer skills, customer service/relations expertise * Experienced in automated underwriting and FHA systems * Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
