Field on a multiunit shutdown with various associated Capital Projects. Created initial Shutdown schedule & integrated the various Capital project schedules allowing accurate reporting of earned man-hours, cost and progress across the entire event. Created manpower loaded execution schedules when the client added discovery work in the various units to the contractors' original work scope. Also developed strategies to standardize a procedure in accordance with the clients' expectation with regards to performance and progress reporting. Eng. for all Civil and Mechanical work to be performed during the construction of the PVC plant. Worked with Eng. to develop work plans for each phase of the grass roots construction.
