SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and produce high-quality work in fast paced environments. * Excellent communication, organization, speaking and interpersonal skills. * Strong ability to write clearly and concisely, with experience reviewing legal policy and preparing legal documents including but not limited to, Orders to Show Cause, motions to dismiss, motions for and against Summary Judgment, Cross-motions, Oppositions, Replies, and Omnibus motions. Also skilled in drafting matrimonial settlements, conference orders, and proposed orders. * Knowledge of administrative law and regulatory compliance as well as state civil and Supreme Court law. * Two years' experience investigating cases and litigating matter before hearing tribunals. * Experience arguing motions as well as conducting hearings to completion.
