Summary of Experience: * Responsible for a 141MW Wind Farm with 83 1X1.7 GE and 3 of the GE 2.5 MW test turbines with the first battery bank units. * A degreed maintenance manager with over 20 years' experience in maintenance, electrical, safety and project management in a manufacturing operation and power production facility with recognized achievements to support a diverse growing product mix and processes. * Scheduling a plan of the day based on Performance, Availability, & Net Capacity Factor * Have been responsible for supervising & training of over 60 associates with 3 direct exempt reports, up to 5 indirect non-exempt reports. Good Communication and organizational skills. * Ability to control cost, plan & maintain a $7.5 million annual budget. * Oversaw billing, safety training, record-keeping of inventory, shipping, & receiving of the maintenance stock cage. * Coordinate/Negotiate quotes & job bids with contractors & vendors routinely. * Ability to motivate, energize, influence and develop fellow associates. * Familiar with VMI, CMI, Consignment, MRO, & Blanket POs for vendor MRP systems. * Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, material handling/shipping, & production scheduling. * Have strong skills in troubleshooting & repair of automated machinery, electronics, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics & mechanical systems. * Have been responsible for up to 300 machines in two facility locations from 250,000 sq ft to 1 million sq. ft. with 900-ton mammoth units, 900-ton Trane chillers, 500HP Quincy Compressors, 100 hp worth of vacuum systems, 40 acres worth of settling ponds, etc * Familiar with ISO 9001-14001 standards, 6Sigma, Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Kaizen, 5S, LOTO, TPM, EIT, Kanban, JIT, OSHA, TCEQ, Confine space, HOT work, FM Global Red Tag Permit for Fire Sprinkler Systems, Drug Screening, Stop Safety, Stop, Safe Start, Take two, PPE Assessment of work stations, Functional Job Descriptions (FJD), & JSA's * Past Advisory Committee Member at TSTC Experienced with robots, CNC, automation, & many secondary operations / equipments. * Have experience in troubleshooting & programming Allen Bradley PLC-5 and SLC500 PLCs & varies other PLC systems. * Experienced in trouble shooting & repairing of wide variety of industrial equipment ranging from simple manually operated machinery to CNC controlled multi-functional equipment. * Knowledge of Arc, oxy-acetylene, MIG, TIG, and other common methods of joining metals. * Scheduled, planned, and managed the in-house lease program for all forklifts, high reach trucks, Genie man lifts, and all PIV equipment required for routine use within the plant.
