Designed a massive Pulverized Coal Utility Boiler (Longview) for Amec Foster Wheeler generating over $20,000,000 dollars profit for the company. * Produced a video from a 3D model that showed how the catalyst was changed in an SCR. This included showing how the catalyst was lifted into position using a winch and moved into position on a conveyor. This video was shown to the customer to explain the system and was really the selling point of the whole unit. This job produced almost $10,000,000 dollars for Foster Wheeler. * Worked on an extremely detailed set of drawings that took months to produce. These drawings where used to show all the electrical lines throughout the unit and where they should be located so cable trays could be designed to hold them. * Designed many individual boilers over my 25 years at Foster Wheeler that helped finance the Proposal & Contract Design Departments and keep them heading in the right direction. While employed at Suburban Consulting Engineers I designed a small public park that contained baseball & football fields concession stands driveways parking lots and a small play area for children.
