CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Within the first three years at my previous company I moved up from bottle inspector to warehousing to being the lead blow mold tech on 3rd shift. After becoming Shift Supervisor I've had the highest BPMH (bottles per man hour) and highest efficiency percentages out of the three shifts and the lowest quality complaints also the highest employee retention rate per shift. At current company lead the reduction of regrind inventory from four hundred thousand pounds to just under ninety thousand pounds, reduced monthly waste by over half.
