Established process to obtain quality control standards, cost controls, and gather data regarding types, quantities specifications and delivery dates. Developed and implemented operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve quality product. Revised production schedules and prioritized schedules as a result to manpower, part shortages, design issues and failure to adhere to quality specifications and FAA regulations. Responsible for consulting with design and manufacturing engineers to make modifications of design to product in order to improve production and quality of seats.
