The work experience includes CBA case manager/ RN Supervisor provided clinical direction thru delegation to LVNs and providers. Home Health skill nurse (Case Management) administered skilled nursing care to clients of all ages coordinated care with interdisciplinary teams. As well as Adult Daycare Directorship and cost reporting certification. Preoperative nurse experience both as skill nurse and in leadership role as supervisor and director. Training in team building, cost containment, recruitment, retention and conflict resolution.
