Summary Following serving the USA in the US Navy & Reserve, Roscoe pursued a multi-year career in Mechanical Drawing first utilizing pen and ink, then utilizing software drawing packages (AutoCAD and Solidworks, both self-taught with on the job use). As Mechanical Drafter II and Project Engineer II (Radian Inc) included Project Engineer assistant duties and creating over 1000's of technical drawings and also included the cost development of Engineer Change Proposals and the verification of drawings by performing physical configuration audits on various hardware and systems.
