Management Skill: Over my 25+ years of manufacturing I have been able to lead Teams, Projects and Individuals to succeed with on time deliveries of projects, and budget costs met. I am an outgoing leader and co-worker with an incredible drive for success for the team and our projects. I demonstrate this daily, understanding I am only as successful as the people around me. I continuously drive, motivate, and build up all co-workers so we can achieve on time schedules every time.
