Proficiently supervised 1-6 production lines as well as multiple department at the same time. Repaid the start up cost of 5500K in a 3 1/2 year span and maintained a 6%-12% profits with very low margins. Took over intemational freight department that shipped 40 windows a week to roughly 300-400 a day. Completed 15 Washington employer management classes along with a 4 month long Dale Camegie sales class. Created 75% of the customer base at last employer.
