(CH-A) schedule which included FOR CONSTANT HAWK, AFGHANISTAN Served as sole project analyst responsible for Developing, coordinating, and maintaining the the set-up and delivery of base facilities and logistics for approximately 50 personnel. Created a repeatable model that has proven to be the most effective surveillance capability program in Iraq and Afghanistan. Additional responsibilities included updating SharePoint calendars verified expense reports and timesheets were input accurately and updated client files on the Integrated Data Environment. * Participated in weekly teleconferences with both clients and customers along with a monthly program review with L-3 Communications and all other sub-contractors on the CH-A program to insure all milestones and deliverables were met on time * Assessed work performed by sub-contractors on the program to coordinate tasks between air and ground segments of the schedule * Prepared and maintained the personnel training report for all personnel deploying OCONUS on a weekly basis * Provided and maintained analysis of cost performance and budget for CH-A program to include labor materials and other direct costs on bi-weekly basis
