Used Oscilloscope, Frequency generators, Volt meters, Breakout box, Schematics, Laptop, Fox and Hound, Firebird, Optical tester, Data Line Monitor, Maintenance: Diagnose defective equipment or circuit and replace or repair. Work with Telco vendors to resolve circuit issues. Work with the NOC to resolve customer issues.
