SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS I bring a proven track record in operations management and a strong working knowledge of the energy efficiency industry as a whole. I have over twenty-five years of hands on, management and consulting experience in the lighting, electrical and energy efficiency industries. This includes extensive experience in interior lighting installations, audit, design & specification, retrofits, design build, maintenance and service contracts, controls, energy management systems, electrical design and construction, TI's as well as many years of experience in the sign design, maintenance, repair and installation end of the industry. There have been many occasions where I have been brought in to bring overdue and/or over budget projects into line. On one such occasion, a region inside of the company I was working for had 12 months to complete approximately 3500 interior lighting, exterior lighting and sign contracts in the Southwest. Six months into the project they had only completed approximately 10% of them. After taking over I was able to lead this project to a successful finish in the allotted 12-month schedule, while increasing project standards, client satisfaction and improving overall margins. In my years, I have successfully completed and/or managed well over 200,000 service calls and projects. These range in size from small traditional maintenance and service calls to multi-million-dollar single location and national projects. The combined value of these is in the hundreds of millions. RECENT HISTORY IN DECEMBER (2013) I was hired as a consultant on a contract basis to aid in the design and implementation of a utility based program on the East coast. This program included three principle companies consisting of the utility, the ESCO and the supplier. My actual contract was with the supplier as they had been tasked with setting up and running all audits, specifications and the management thereof. My duties included developing the audit and specification database which I accomplished in excel and made it intuitive on the specification side with macro's, conditional lookups and such. I wrote all internal & external program processes along with procedures for the audit, specification and management side of this project. I was also responsible for the recruiting, hiring and training of the auditors and the program manager.
