Description
Manage all aspects of the Facility Maintenance and Safety Manager for the last 12 years. * Develop strong working knowledge of facility mechanical electrical and plumbing systems and take ownership post installation. * Maintain building and equipment in optimal safe running condition at the lowest possible cost. * Develop innovative cost-effective ideas for improvement to existing material handling systems and create optimal product flow. Train develop and supervise engineering &housekeeping staff Develop and implement equipment preventive maintenance programs and work orders utilizing maintenance software * Establish an environment and culture that promotes safety conditions. * Plan and monitor new equipment installation equipment overall and modifications necessary to achieve maximum performance. * Provide appropriate support and training to ensure the plant is compliant with all applicable OSHA and Safe requirements provide advanced technical training pertaining to equipment troubleshooting electronics PLC logics etc. * Participate in the design and development of facility material handling equipment * Prepare scope documents and solicit proposals for repair and construction services from third party service providers.
