EXPERIENCE SUMMARY * Contract manufacturer, expert at µfabrication design, process/packaging with in-depth foundry knowledge/management skills including SPC/FMEA, Quality/Reliability and proficiency in JMP/SQL. * Expert at CMOS device physics and MEMS/NEMS sensors for IoT, life-sciences, micro-fluidics, BioSensors, and photonics along with Investigation and evaluation of different technologies. * Hands-on expert at Research, developments, designs, and evaluation of mechanical and electro - mechanical materials, components, assemblies, processes. Conducts feasibility studies to verify capability and functionality. Developing new concepts from design to production along with directing personnel and coordination of project activities. * In-depth knowledge of vacuum technology, materials and semiconductor equipment, process characterization (including Electron and optical microscopy: ellipsometry, SEM, EDX etc.), process optimization, yield improvement, sustaining, metrology, and equipment startup. SELECTED RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Increased the average high volume (3.5k wafers/month) production yields by 15%.
