Accomplishments Procurement: 30 years cumulative experience, including 15 years international purchasing. * Strong customer and supplier relationships * Commodity Management develop sourcing strategies to best align with business partner (s). * Material and Inventory Supply implemented tool, KPI's and systems to reduce our inventory exposure, liability, while improving cycle time to customer. Negotiations: * Negotiate supplier contract, including third party activity to support win/win relationship * Develop SOW and agreement for out-sourced project development activity. * Develop process for effective cost and inventory control through third party contract equipment manufacturer.
