Qualifications * 30 years of experience through many different levels and fascists of the heavy civil discipline Experienced with the coordination and scheduling of multiple sub-contractors and suppliers Experienced with generating pay applications, job cost reports, project schedules, RFI's, etc. * Experienced in implementing employee programs that demonstrate company core values and safety requirements Experienced with awarding, writing and executing sub-contracts * Fluent utilizing various construction management and estimating software programs * Specialized skill set with underground utilities
