ACCOMPLISHMENTS: I was one of the early pioneers of AEC cad graphics with Zales Corp., which eventual lead to Cad system management for main frame systems. After many years as a cad consultant and architectural project manager my career deviated more towards construction project management or related field. Being an independent contractor allowed me to advance more expeditiously. Even though I'm currently focusing on sustainable architecture, up-front due diligence and building site surveys, I would prefer to continue I this role as as a PM or CM. Project a temporary lumber warehouse until new location was built 5 years later. *onducted a feasibility study with schematic designs for a lumber distribution center - Bronx, NY. Not built. *anaged construction of a 100,000+ sq. ft. lumber distribution center for The Home Depot - was a lease back to BNSF. Part of coordination was with the railroad regarding rail service into the facility. with an 11,090 sq. ft. in-house restaurant. Development was a TIF. Project required coordination with the Salt River Project for reclaimed recharged water and local utility companies for required services. ther SIR's included clients Bed Bath & Beyond & O'Reilly's Auto Parts. Locations were multi-state. *esolved a reoccurrence (third) of soil erosion on an embankment for a Baby's R Us pad site. *onducted site survey visits for evaluation and verification of lease spaces for Wal-Mart 'dark stores' to sub-divide building into multiple lease spaces. *onducted a site survey and feasibility study of a Wal-Mart 'dark store' located in Plano Texas.
