WORK EXPERIENCE SUMMARY Mr. Garrison has over 25 years experience bringing technology and process improvement skills to meet a variety of information sharing challenges and cyber protection for government and private industry. He works with global networking and cloud hosting for DoD information systems from requirements to operation. Mr. Garrison applies automation and analysis tools, writes scripts, and improves processes, designs systems & network connectivity. He manages large data sets to establish lifecycle trends and creates plans for sustainment. He is proficient in system architecture, DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), data center and IT facility design, and environmental support. He participates in key governance groups including ICANN, Commercial Mobile Device Working Group, DISA Customer Engagement Forum, and other stakeholder groups, boards & committees where he helps members identify, select, and implement efficient technologies best suited for mission requirements.
