During my time as a Superintendent in the Las Vegas area, I was able to successfully complete projects while adhering to challenging schedules and budgets. Throughout all the projects I have worked on, I have always had the mindset to look for ways to cut days and dollars off of projects while maintaining the vision of the architects, engineers, and project owner's alike. I take pride in any project I am involved with as well. I like to have good clear communication with all parties involved in a project, so when a project owner is on a job walk, that the only element of surprise is due to the satisfaction of their vision coming to life, and the quickness of that!. I have built a strong rapport with many building inspectors in all the various municipalities in the Las Vegas area, as well as sub-contractors. I believe this to be a useful resource to have the inspectors trust and confidence behind me, as well as sub-contractors that trust and work well with me. I have been successful at building these types of good professional relationships in Las Vegas, and I will be able to do the same where ever else I may end up.
