Summary Accomplished in the Commercial Construction Industry offering over 29 years of experience. I started as a laborer in 1988 and opened my own business from 1998 until September 2017. Through hard work and dedication the company and I developed a reputation for completing projects on or ahead of schedule. Because of this reputation and our dedication to complete jobs in such a timely manner and within or under budget, 80% of the projects we secured were through negotiation. We self performed the majority of the architectural components of our projects which also helped us in quality control and performance. We had a staff of four in the office and 20 men and women in the field. I have a strong work ethic and I am eager to use my acquired experiences and knowledge to be an asset to you and to contribute to your companies growth, while always seeking more efficient practices to improve construction quality and reduce build times Accomplishments I had a profile done on my excellence in construction featured in Remodeling Magazine in October of 1991 Nominated Superintendent of the year in 1996 by the American Subcontractors Association of Northwest Florida. Awarded Superintendent of the Year in 1997 by the American Subcontractors Association of Northwest Florida.
