Through thoughtful planning, innovative strategies, and astute negotiation, I have led diverse groups through various legal challenges. 589 role, I managed the administration of over 7,500 Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, including cases of individual debtors and business debtors. I investigated debtors' financial affairs to verify compliance with the requirements of the Bankruptcy Code and to determine whether there were assets that could be liquidated to repay creditors. In asset cases, I managed a team of professionals, including realtors, auctioneers, accountants, paralegals and other attorneys, to efficiently liquidate assets for the benefit of creditors. The case also required litigation in approximately 200 adversary proceedings (lawsuits in bankruptcy court) filed against American and international vendors to recover assets for the estate * Liquidated assets of local physicians and medical practices, requiring significant litigation of preferential transfer and fraudulent conveyance claims * Litigated case to verdict that resulted in published opinion on standards for denial of debtor's exemptions in Chapter 7 case Senior Attorney, Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP - 5235
