Increase profits by using cost saving measures. * Chester Brook, Pasadena, TX. 185 Units. * Egg Harbor TWP Family Housing, Egg Harbor TWP, NJ 76 Units. Reduce cost by redesigning of Site, Utilities and Mechanical systems. All the above I had, total accountability for progress reporting, owner relationships, budgets and day-to-day construction operations. Using: Procore, Plan Swift, Excel and MS Project Software. project coordination procedures for highly classified requiring top-secret security clearance. * Facility was 100 feet wide 320 feet long and 115 feet high. Used new methods to increase profits by introducing new remediation method's. * The project entailed removing hazardous siding material and replacing with new siding and new structural steel. * While doing the work above the facility had to be completely enclosed from prying eyes weather and keeping the facility operational 24/7 (help close GC division)
