IMPACT: Lowered project day rates and expendables increased efficiencies reduced exposure and corralled cost created savings of over 50M in decommissioning cost within 5 years Cost-effective Removal of Well Conductors & Subsea Wellheads: Led the Enhancements of the Internal Multistring Cutting Tool. Developed procedures and SOP for operations. Engineered and completed the cut and removal of over 200 wells and 15 platform jackets from 15' below mud line. IMPACT: Reduced rig up time and down time tool reliability and reduced cut time from 1.5 to .25 days enabled market increase from 4 to over 32 customers. Designed and Built Automated Camera System for Carbide Wheels. Analyzed and evaluated the processes and documentation. Developed the framework to install an automated camera system. IMPACT: Reduced photograph time from four hours per wheel to eight seconds provided measurements proper documentation Spearheaded Strategies to Several IDLE Decommissioning Projects. Collaborated with the decommissioning team to develop guidelines and solutions. Oversaw the preliminary and final decommissioning planning.
