SUMMARY Over 20 Years of professional safety experience, managing HSE and risk management issues with both corporate and field level personnel, emphasis on accident prevention and risk management procedures. Duties include, rig and vessel inspections, OSHA record keeping, workers compensation and case management, risk assessments and management compliance reviews, training, chemical monitoring of hydrocarbons. My experience has come from petro chemical, oil and gas industry, drilling, completions, and production. Accomplishments are in reduction of TIRR, EMR, and workers compensation claims. My goal is to support a company with my ability to lead them in defining the Risk and Safety Engineering requirements in the activities of design, construction, drilling & completion operations.
