QUALIFICATIONS * Over nine years' experience in the banking and mortgage industry with underwriting, loan processing, quality control assurance and due diligence * Extensive experience with auditing and reviewing files for compliance with federal regulations * Knowledgeable of banking and mortgage industry loans such as FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Loan Modification in accordance with federal guidelines * Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac Bank Owned and Securitized modification knowledge * Automated underwriting systems programs include DU, LP, and GUS along with serving systems MAX, Data Trac, Pulse, MSP, * Proficiency with MS Office Suite, * Thrives in stimulating, fast paced, high volume environments with proficiency in effectively solving problems * Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent written and oral communication skills, with great ability to multi-task
