Major Accomplishments *Co-designed the initial deployment of VTC technologies at Redstone Arsenal using the Army's first digital telephony switch. *Co-authored two documents for Redstone Arsenal infrastructure upgrades justifying a total of forty-nine million dollars in funding. *Authored a tactical position paper which lowered the buyout of BellSouth from over $90 million to under $9 million. *Created a microwave link providing networking, telephony and VTC capability for the Army Hellfire range 12 miles from the nearest telecommunications infrastructure at Eglin AFB. *Created a VTC link for the National Science Foundation to the U.S. Antarctic research center at McMurdo Station. Communications lines could not traverse a railroad section in time for a female researcher's breast cancer diagnosis, requiring a satellite link. * Designed most of the C2, safety, visual and audio systems of the Army's Zussman Mounted Urban Training Center receiving national recognition, appearing in several national government and trade publications and interviewed on camera by the Discovery Channel about the developed technologies. * Designed the network and camera RF links for Redstone Arsenal security entry points. *Singularly assumed the responsibilities of Redstone Arsenal's 17 classified networks from three civilian employees. Currently the networks now number about 90 sites. *Without any significant technical or financial support I created a second TLA stack using excess equipment to bring a major command's classified networks online, on schedule. *The Network Enterprise Center - Redstone's website has 4 customer testimonials, of which 3 are directly the result of my efforts. *Designed and built a fully operational Windows Server 2013 Active Directory for a NSA CSFC lab. The domain included a fully operation offline Root Certificate Authority.
